Come join Diana, STOTT PILATES instructor, for an all-levels Mat class. This small group setting will allow for individual attention as well as camaraderie with others experiencing the workout with you. Mat Pilates classes focus on using body weight against gravity to challenge core and peripheral strength. Small props will be introduced to add challenges. Mat Pilates classes will be Tuesdays at 4pm and Thursdays at 5:15pm. There is a maximum of 6 participants per class so call to book your spot!
