Get ready to work as hard as you like, as moderate as you need! A maximum of 6 class participants means you’ll have the room to move and friends to suffer with. Suspension training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core strength simultaneously. TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and the user’s bodyweight to complete hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise- because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. TRX classes will be Tuesdays at 5:15pm and Thursdays at 4pm, call us to book your spot!
